Projector Not Connecting to Wi-Fi / Bluetooth

Wireless connection issues may occur due to network or software settings.

Stop troubleshooting and contact customer support if:

  • Projector fails to connect to any Wi-Fi network

  • Bluetooth pairing fails repeatedly

Before escalation, restart the projector, reset network settings, and check Wi-Fi password.
