1. Soundbar Does Not Turn On
- Check the rear ON/OFF switch.
- Connect the charging cable to the port on the soundbar.
- Use the cable that matches the port on your unit.
- Connect it to a suitable USB power source and allow the speaker to charge.
- Switch the soundbar on again.
2. Bluetooth Is Not Connecting
- Switch on Radian.
- Enable Bluetooth on your phone, tablet or computer.
- Search for Radian.
- Select it to connect.
- If it does not appear, move the device closer and turn off other nearby Bluetooth devices that may cause interference.
- If an old pairing is saved but will not connect, remove/forget Radian from Bluetooth settings and pair again.
3. Bluetooth Connected but No Sound
- Confirm Radian is the selected audio output.
- Make sure Bluetooth mode is selected.
- Increase the volume on your source device.
- Use the “+” button to increase speaker volume.
- Confirm that playback is not paused.
- Disconnect and reconnect Bluetooth if required.
4. Speaker Turns Off Automatically
The soundbar may turn off if it is not receiving a Bluetooth signal.
- Switch it on again using the rear ON/OFF switch.
- Reconnect your phone through Bluetooth or select another playback mode.
- Start playback.
5. USB Playback Is Not Working
- Check that the USB flash drive is fully inserted.
- Confirm that it contains supported music files.
- Press and hold “M” to select USB mode.
- Remove and reinsert the drive.
- Try another compatible USB drive if available.
6. Micro SD Playback Is Not Working
- Insert the Micro SD/TF card securely.
- Confirm that it contains supported music files.
- Press and hold “M” to select TF/Micro SD mode.
- Remove and reinsert the card.
- Test another compatible card if available.
7. AUX Playback Is Not Working
- Connect a compatible 3.5mm AUX cable to the soundbar and audio source.
- Check that both ends are fully inserted.
- Press and hold “M” to select AUX mode.
- Increase the source-device volume.
- Test another compatible cable or source if available.
8. FM Radio Does Not Scan or Reception Is Weak
- Connect the charging cable to the charging port so it can act as an antenna.
- Switch on Radian.
- Press and hold “M” to select FM mode.
- Short-press Play/Pause to start automatic scanning.
- Wait for scanning to finish.
- Use the track controls to move between available stations.
9. TWS Pairing Is Not Working
- Use two Radian speakers.
- Turn Bluetooth off on your phone or disconnect it from the first speaker.
- Switch on both speakers.
- Double-press the Power Button on one speaker.
- Wait for the speakers to connect and check for blue LED indication on both units.
- Connect your phone to Radian only after TWS pairing is complete.
Important: TWS pairing is only guaranteed to work reliably between two Radian units from the same production batch. Pairing speakers from different batches may fail or behave inconsistently. Check the batch/date code on both units if TWS pairing doesn't work.
10. Calls Are Not Working
- Make sure Radian is connected to the phone through Bluetooth.
- Check that call audio is routed through the soundbar.
- Short-press Play/Pause to answer or end a call.
- Press and hold Play/Pause for about 2 seconds to reject an incoming call.
- Move closer to the soundbar if the microphone sounds unclear.
11. Soundbar Does Not Charge
- Check which charging port is present on your unit.
- The supplied manual drawing labels the port Micro-USB; the current product listing advertises Type-C charging.
- Use a cable that matches your unit's port; do not force the connector.
- Check the cable and USB power source for visible damage.
- Try another suitable USB power source if available.
- The manual specifies charging time of up to 2.5 hours.
12. Buttons or LED Modes Do Not Work
- Play / Pause: short-press Play/Pause.
- Volume Down: short-press “−”.
- Previous Track: press and hold “−”.
- Volume Up: short-press “+”.
- Next Track: press and hold “+”.
- Change LED Light Mode: short-press “M”.
- Change Playback Mode: press and hold “M”.
13. Battery Runtime Seems Short
- Charge the speaker fully.
- Test playback at a moderate volume.
- Reduce LED lighting if it is not needed.
- Note the playback mode and runtime if the battery drains unusually quickly.
