Quick Troubleshooting
| Issue | First Step |

| Weak mist | Reduce overfilling and check the tank, mist outlet and cotton core |
| Mist does not start immediately | Wait 30–45 seconds for the cotton core to pre-saturate |
| Mist stops after the selected duration | Check the 1H, 2H, 3H or 4H timer setting |
| Lights do not respond | Check that the Light button is not set to OFF |
| Water leakage | Check the fill level, unit position and top-cover fit |
| Diffuser does not power on | Check the Type-C connection and 5V/2A power source |
| Water spills into the centre opening | Empty and refill using the correct tank opening; do not pour water through the centre |
1. No Mist Comes Out
- Check that the tank contains clean water.
- Confirm that the water level is below the inner fill line.
- Make sure the top cover is aligned and seated flush.
- Confirm that the diffuser is connected to a compatible 5V/2A power adapter.
- Press the Mist / Timer button to select a timer setting.
- After filling or refilling, wait approximately 30–45 seconds for the cotton core to become saturated.
- Check that the mist outlet is not blocked.
2. Mist Output Is Weak
- Switch the mist OFF and unplug the diffuser.
- Check that the tank has not been overfilled.
- Empty excess water if it is above the inner fill line.
- Clean the tank and mist outlet.
- Check the cotton core and ensure it is correctly positioned and saturated.
- Refill with clean water, close the lid and reconnect power.
3. Mist Does Not Start Immediately After Refilling
This may happen while the cotton core is becoming saturated.
- Make sure the cotton core is fitted correctly.
- Select the desired timer setting.
- Wait approximately 30–45 seconds.
- If mist still does not start, check the water level, lid seating and power adapter.
4. Mist Stops Earlier Than Expected
The Mist / Timer button offers four timer settings:
- 1st short press: 1 hour.
- 2nd short press: 2 hours.
- 3rd short press: 3 hours.
- 4th short press: 4 hours.
- 5th short press: Mist OFF.
The diffuser can also stop misting when the water runs out. Check the selected timer and water level before restarting.
5. Mist Does Not Turn OFF
- Long-press the Mist / Timer button to stop mist immediately.
- If required, short-press the button until the OFF setting is selected.
- Unplug the diffuser before emptying or cleaning the tank.
6. Lights Do Not Turn ON or Change
- Locate the separate Light button.
- Press it to cycle through the lighting settings:
- 1st press: Flame-style warm light.
- 2nd press: Colour Gradient light.
- 3rd press: Lights OFF.
- If the lights are OFF, press the button again to select a lighting mode.
- To turn the lights OFF immediately, long-press the Light button.
The Light button controls lighting separately from the mist timer.
7. Water Leaks from the Diffuser
- Switch the mist OFF and unplug the power cable.
- Check that the water level is below the inner fill line.
- Keep the unit upright and on a level surface.
- Lift the top cover and check that it is aligned correctly.
- Press the top cover straight down until it sits flush.
- Wipe any spilled water immediately.
- Keep water away from the Type-C port and electrical connection.
Do not tilt or invert the diffuser while it is operating.
8. Diffuser Does Not Power On
- Check that the Type-C cable is firmly connected to the diffuser.
- Confirm that the adapter provides 5V/2A.
- Check that the adapter and cable are working.
- Make sure the top cover is seated correctly.
- Reconnect power and select a timer setting.
9. Water Was Poured Through the Centre Opening
- Switch the diffuser OFF and unplug it immediately.
- Do not add more water.
- Empty the tank through the side slot.
- Wipe visible spills from the exterior.
- Do not reconnect power if water may have entered the electrical or internal area.
- Allow the unit to dry and contact support if it behaves abnormally.
Important: When emptying the tank, pour water out through the side slot, not through the centre opening.
