This usually happens when the battery is completely drained.
Try the following steps:
Charge the speaker for at least 2–3 hours using a compatible charger.
Press and hold the Power button for 2–5 seconds.
Try a different charging cable or power adapter.
If the speaker still does not turn on, please contact customer support.
