Keyboard or Mouse Not Connecting to the System

Temporary connection issues may occur due to USB receiver or wireless interference.

Stop troubleshooting and contact customer support if:

  • The device does not connect on multiple systems

  • The USB receiver is detected but input does not work

Before contacting support, reinsert the USB receiver, restart the system, and avoid USB hubs.
