USB Hub Not Detected by the System

Detection issues may occur due to port compatibility or loose connections.

Stop troubleshooting and contact customer support if:

  • The hub is not detected on multiple systems

  • The hub does not work even when connected directly (without extension cables)

Before escalation, reconnect the hub, try another USB port, and restart the system.
