A slight warmth on the outer surface of the electric kettle during operation is normal.
Stop using the electric kettle immediately if:
The kettle becomes very hot to touch
You notice a burning smell
The kettle shuts off repeatedly or behaves abnormally
In such cases, switch OFF the kettle, unplug it from the power source, and contact customer support immediately.
