Charging Guide

Recommended Charging Method

For proper charging performance:

✔ Use a USB-A to Type-C charging cable.

✔ Use a standard USB-powered adapter.

✔ Recommended Output:

  • 5V / 1A
  • 5V / 2A

Important Charging Note

Do NOT use USB-C to USB-C (PD) chargers.

Do NOT use Power Delivery (PD) charging adapters.

Always use a USB-A to Type-C cable connected to a standard USB-powered adapter.

Using a PD charger may prevent the fan from charging properly.

Troubleshooting Guide

Issue 1: Fan Does Not Turn On
