Logo Stuck on Startup
If your projector gets stuck on the logo screen and doesn't move past it, a factory reset usually resolves this. Here's how:
- Turn ON the projector and make sure the red power light is visible.
- Take the projector remote and point it towards the projector.
- Press the Minus (–) button once.
- Then press the Up (▲) button once.
- Repeat this sequence (Minus → Up) three times continuously.
- After completing the sequence, wait for the LED light on the back of the projector to appear or blink.
- Once you see the LED indication, please wait and avoid pressing any buttons.
- The projector will automatically start the reset process and should be ready to use within a few minutes.
Once the reset is complete, check that your projector is working normally. If it's still stuck on the logo screen afterward, please raise a support ticket and our team will help from there.
Dust Appearing on the Screen
You might occasionally notice dust affecting your projected image. This can happen over time even with regular cleaning, as some dust can find its way into the unit.
- If you notice this, please raise a support ticket. This issue needs to be looked at by our service center for a proper cleaning.
Dots or Marks Appearing on the Screen
This is usually related to the projector overheating.
- Give the projector regular breaks during long usage sessions rather than running it continuously for hours.
- Make sure it's placed in a well-ventilated, open area (see the Overheating section below).
- If the marks persist, please raise a support ticket so our team can take a closer look.
Overheating
Your projector needs room to breathe to perform properly.
- Make sure the projector has adequate open space around it — avoid enclosed spaces like cabinets or shelves with walls close by.
- Keep the air vents unblocked and free of dust.
- Maintain the recommended clearance: at least 2 feet from the wall behind it.
- Allow the unit to cool down fully before restarting if it has shut off due to heat.
All Apps Show "No Internet" Even Though You're Connected
If your projector is connected to Wi-Fi but apps still say there's no internet, this is usually a date/time mismatch issue.
- Go to Settings and check the date and time.
- Set the timezone to Kolkata (India Standard Time).
- Restart the projector.
This should resolve the issue. If apps still show "no internet" after restarting, please raise a support ticket for further help.
Other Issues
If you're facing an issue not listed here, please raise a support ticket — our team will be happy to help.
