1. Soundbar Does Not Turn On

  1. Check that the power adapter is connected to the soundbar's DC Power Input.
  2. Confirm the adapter is connected to a working power outlet.
  3. Check that the LED display lights up when power is connected.
  4. Short-press the Power button on the soundbar or remote.
  5. If the system remains off, inspect the adapter and cable for visible damage.

2. No Sound from the System

  1. Check that the soundbar is switched on.
  2. Look at the display and confirm the correct input mode: BT, OPT, HDMI, USB or AUX.
  3. Confirm the TV/phone/computer is outputting audio through that connection.
  4. Increase the source-device volume and the soundbar master volume.
  5. Check the wired subwoofer connection.
  6. Test with another input or source device, if possible.

3. Bluetooth Pairing Fails

  1. Short-press Mode / INPUT until the display shows BT.
  2. Open Bluetooth settings on the source device.
  3. Search for Spatial Arc and select it.
  4. Keep the device within approximately 10 metres.
  5. If the old pairing is preventing connection, long-press the Pair control in BT mode to clear the Bluetooth pairing history.
  6. Remove/forget Spatial Arc from the source device, then search and pair again.

4. Bluetooth Connects but Audio Cuts Out

  1. Move the source device closer to the soundbar.
  2. Reduce obstacles between the device and soundbar.
  3. Turn off other nearby Bluetooth devices if interference is suspected.
  4. Disconnect and reconnect to Spatial Arc.

5. Optical Audio Is Not Working

  1. Confirm the optical cable is connected to the source's optical output and the soundbar's OPT input.
  2. Select OPT using the Mode / INPUT button.
  3. Check the source device's audio output settings.
  4. Make sure the source content is playing and the volume is not muted.
  5. Reconnect the cable if needed.

6. HDMI Audio Is Not Working

  1. Check both ends of the HDMI cable.
  2. Select HDMI using Mode / INPUT.
  3. If using TV ARC, confirm the cable is connected to the TV's HDMI ARC port.
  4. In the TV settings, select HDMI ARC or external audio output as applicable.
  5. Try another compatible HDMI cable or source device if available.

7. USB Playback Is Not Working

  1. Check that the USB drive is inserted securely.
  2. Select USB mode.
  3. Check that the drive contains supported audio files.
  4. Remove and reconnect the drive.
  5. Use the remote's playback and track controls to test operation.

8. AUX Audio Is Not Working

  1. Make sure the AUX cable is connected to the soundbar's AUX input and the source's audio output.
  2. Select AUX using Mode / INPUT.
  3. Start playback on the source device.
  4. Increase master volume and make sure MUTE is off.
  5. Check the cable or try another compatible source.

9. No Sound from the Subwoofer

  1. Turn off the system before checking its cables.
  2. Check that the wired subwoofer is connected to the soundbar's SUB output.
  3. Make sure the power adapter and soundbar are connected correctly.
  4. Turn the system on again and test at a moderate volume.
  5. Do not open the subwoofer. Contact support if it still produces no sound.

10. Remote Control Does Not Work Properly

  1. Confirm the soundbar is powered on.
  2. Point the remote at the soundbar.
  3. Check the remote batteries and install them correctly.
  4. Check the selected input mode: some buttons have different actions in BT/USB and AUX/OPT/HDMI.
  5. Use the correct button described in the remote-control section of the Complete Guide.

11. Sound Settings Have Changed Unexpectedly

The remote has separate MUSIC, NEWS, MOVIE and NIGHT EQ buttons, plus TREB and BASS controls.

  • Press the desired EQ button to select a sound preset.
  • Use TREB +/− to adjust treble.
  • Use BASS +/− to adjust bass.
  • To restore defaults, long-press RESET on the remote.

12. Mute or Play/Pause Does Not Work

The function of the remote's MUTE, RESET and Play/Pause buttons varies by mode:

  • MUTE: short-press to mute/unmute in any mode.
  • Play/Pause: BT/USB mode plays or pauses media; AUX/OPT/HDMI mode mutes or unmutes audio.
  • RESET: short-press has the mode-specific action shown in the remote table; long-press restores default sound settings.

Check the selected input and try the intended button again.
