1. System Does Not Turn On

  1. Check that the power cable/adapter is connected to the soundbar's power input.
  2. Confirm it is plugged into a working power outlet.
  3. Short-press the Power button on the soundbar or remote.
  4. Check whether the display/indicator lights up.
  5. If the system does not respond, inspect the cable and adapter for visible damage.

2. No Sound from the System

  1. Confirm the soundbar is switched on.
  2. Check the display and select the correct input: BT, OPT, HDMI, USB or AUX.
  3. Check the source device's audio output settings.
  4. Increase the source-device and soundbar volume.
  5. Check the subwoofer cable and both satellite speaker connections.
  6. Try another input or audio source if available.

3. Bluetooth Pairing Fails

  1. Use the remote's INPUT button to select BT mode.
  2. Open Bluetooth settings on your phone, tablet or computer.
  3. Search for Pure Sound Pro X2 and select it.
  4. Keep the source device close to the soundbar.
  5. If an old pairing is blocking connection, use the Bluetooth Pair/Play-Pause long-press control to clear pairing history.
  6. Remove/forget Pure Sound Pro X2 from the source device's Bluetooth list, then pair again.

The clearing/disconnect function is only available in Bluetooth mode.

4. Bluetooth Connects but Audio Cuts Out

  1. Move the source device closer to the soundbar.
  2. Reduce obstacles between the source and soundbar.
  3. Turn off other nearby Bluetooth devices if interference is suspected.
  4. Disconnect and reconnect to Pure Sound Pro X2.

5. HDMI / HDMI ARC Audio Is Not Working

  1. Confirm the HDMI cable is connected to the soundbar and source device.
  2. If using ARC from a TV, use the port labelled HDMI ARC.
  3. Select HDMI using the remote's INPUT button.
  4. Open the TV audio settings and choose HDMI ARC or external audio output, as applicable.
  5. Check the source volume and try another compatible HDMI cable if available.

6. Optical Audio Is Not Working

  1. Check that the optical cable is connected to the source's optical output and soundbar's OPT input.
  2. Select OPT mode using the remote's INPUT button.
  3. Check the source device's audio-output settings.
  4. Ensure the content is playing and volume is not muted.
  5. Reconnect the cable if needed.

7. USB Playback Is Not Working

  1. Check that the USB drive is inserted securely.
  2. Select USB mode.
  3. Confirm the drive contains supported audio files.
  4. Remove and reconnect the drive.
  5. Use the remote's playback and track controls to test operation.

In USB mode, the manual supports long-press fast forward/rewind using the track controls.

8. AUX Audio Is Not Working

  1. Connect a compatible AUX cable between the source device and soundbar's AUX input.
  2. Select AUX mode.
  3. Start playback on the source device.
  4. Increase source and master volume.
  5. Make sure MUTE is off.
  6. Try another compatible cable or audio source if available.

9. Subwoofer or Satellite Speakers Have No Sound

  1. Turn off the system before checking cables.
  2. Check that the wired subwoofer is connected to its designated soundbar output.
  3. Check that both satellite speakers are connected securely.
  4. Ensure cables are not damaged or pulled loose.
  5. Turn the system on and test at a moderate volume.

Do not open the subwoofer or soundbar. Contact support if a speaker remains silent.

10. Remote Control Does Not Work as Expected

  1. Make sure the system is powered on.
  2. Point the remote directly toward the soundbar.
  3. Check the remote batteries and their orientation.
  4. Confirm the selected input mode.
  5. Refer to the remote guide in the Complete Guide; some controls behave differently in BT/USB versus AUX/OPT/HDMI modes.

11. Sound Settings Have Changed Unexpectedly

  • Press EQ to cycle through available sound presets.
  • The manual lists Music, Movie, News and 3D modes. If your included remote displays different labels, follow those labels.
  • Use TRE +/− to adjust treble.
  • Use BASS +/− to adjust bass.
  • Long-press RESET to restore default master volume, treble, bass and surround sound settings.

12. Mute or Play/Pause Does Not Work

Button behaviour depends on the selected input:

  • MUTE: press to mute/unmute in any mode.
  • Play/Pause: in BT/USB mode, plays or pauses media; in AUX/OPT/HDMI mode, mutes or unmutes audio.
  • Track controls: work in Bluetooth and USB modes; long-press track controls for fast forward/rewind in USB mode.

Check the selected mode and try the control again.
