- Check the power bank's remaining battery level by pressing the Power Button once.
- Disconnect and reconnect the cable carefully.
- Try a compatible cable if available.
- Check whether the phone supports the charging protocol required for faster output.
The maximum wired output is 20W, but the actual rate depends on the phone and its charging standard.
2. Wireless Charging Does Not Start
- Confirm that the phone supports Qi-compatible wireless charging.
- Remove the phone case for testing.
- Place the phone face-up on the designated wireless charging area.
- Centre the phone and adjust its alignment.
- Remove metal objects, cards or accessories between the phone and the charging surface.
- Check the phone for its charging indicator.
Magnetic alignment and wireless charging compatibility vary by phone and case.
3. Wireless Charging Starts and Stops
- Reposition the phone so it is centred on the charging area.
- Remove the phone case and retry.
- Remove metal or magnetic objects between the phone and power bank.
- Place the power bank on a stable, flat surface.
- Check that the power bank has sufficient battery remaining.
4. Phone Does Not Stay Attached Magnetically
- Confirm that the phone or case supports magnetic attachment.
- Remove accessories or metal plates that may interfere with alignment.
- Position the phone centrally on the magnetic charging area.
- Do not use the phone stand if the phone is not firmly attached.
- Try a compatible magnetic case if needed.
5. Power Bank Does Not Recharge
- Connect a compatible USB-C cable to a Type-C input on Chyro.
- Connect it to a working USB-C charger.
- Check that the charger is powered and the cable is not damaged.
- Look for blinking LED indicators to confirm that charging has started.
- Try another compatible cable or charger if available.
- If the power bank does not respond, contact support.
6. Battery Level Is Not Displayed
- When the power bank is off, press the Power Button once.
- Check that the LED indicators light up to show remaining battery.
- If the power bank is charging, check whether the LEDs blink.
- Reconnect to a compatible charger if there is no response.
- If the display remains unresponsive, contact support.
7. Power Bank Does Not Turn Off
- Disconnect connected devices.
- Double-press the Power Button to turn the power bank off.
- Check whether the LED indicators turn off.
- If it continues to behave abnormally, stop using it and contact support.
8. Charging Is Slower Than Expected

- Use a compatible charger and cable to recharge the power bank.
- Remove the phone case and align the phone correctly for wireless charging.
- Disconnect extra devices and test one device at a time.
- Check the power bank's remaining battery level.
Chyro supports up to 20W wired output and 15W wireless output. Actual performance depends on compatibility and operating conditions.
9. Power Bank or Cable Gets Damaged
- Stop using the power bank if the casing is cracked, swollen or damaged.
- Do not attempt to repair, puncture or open it.
- Do not use an exposed or damaged cable.
- Keep a damaged power bank away from flammable materials.
- Contact support or an authorised electronic-waste collection service for safe handling advice.
10. Multiple Devices Charge Slowly
- Check that each device supports the charging method being used.
- Confirm the correct Type-C port or wireless charging area is being used.
