A slight warmth in the power bank during charging or while powering devices is normal.
Stop using the power bank immediately if:
The power bank becomes very hot to touch.
You notice a burning smell.
The power bank swells, leaks, or behaves abnormally.
In such cases, disconnect all cables and contact customer support immediately.
