Power bank gets warm during charging or use

Modified on Mon, 12 Jan at 1:44 PM

A slight warmth in the power bank during charging or while powering devices is normal.

Stop using the power bank immediately if:

  • The power bank becomes very hot to touch.

  • You notice a burning smell.

  • The power bank swells, leaks, or behaves abnormally.

In such cases, disconnect all cables and contact customer support immediately.
