Quick Troubleshooting
| Issue | First Step |
|---|---|
| Device does not charge through USB-A | Check the cable, connection and battery level |
| Device does not charge through USB-C | Check the USB-C connection and device compatibility |
| Power bank does not recharge | Check the USB-C cable, adapter and charging port |
| Battery level is not displayed | Press the Wake-Up Button once |
| LEDs blink abnormally | Disconnect devices and charger; stop using if the abnormal indication continues |
| Charging is slower than expected | Check device compatibility and test one port at a time |
| Output turns off unexpectedly | Check whether the power bank battery is depleted |
| Power bank becomes swollen or damaged | Stop using and charging it immediately |
1. A Device Is Not Charging Through USB-A
- Check that the cable is connected to the power bank's USB-A output.
- Make sure the cable is fully inserted into the device.
- Press the Wake-Up Button once.
- Check the remaining battery level.
- Try a compatible cable if the current one is damaged or faulty.
- Test another compatible device if available.
2. A Device Is Not Charging Through USB-C
- Make sure the cable is connected to the power bank's USB-C port.
- Confirm that the other end is securely connected to the device.
- Press the Wake-Up Button and check the remaining battery level.
- Confirm that the device supports charging through USB-C.
- Try another compatible cable or device if available.
The USB-C output supports up to 20W PD 3.0, depending on device compatibility.
3. The Power Bank Does Not Recharge
- Connect the power bank's USB-C port to a compatible USB charger using the charging cable.
- Confirm that the adapter or USB port is supplying power.
- Check whether the LEDs blink to show charging progress.
- Reseat the cable at both ends.
- Try another compatible cable or charger if available.
- If the power bank does not respond, contact support.
The USB-C input supports up to 18W, depending on the charger.
4. Battery Level Is Not Displayed
- Press the Wake-Up Button once.
- Check whether the four LEDs light up.
- If the power bank is charging, check whether the LEDs show charging progress.
- Reconnect it to a compatible charger if there is no response.
- If the LEDs remain unresponsive, contact support.
5. All Four LEDs Are Blinking
All four LEDs blinking indicates an abnormal status.
- Disconnect any connected devices.
- Disconnect the power bank from the charger.
- Check the ports and casing for visible damage.
- If it is swollen, cracked or unusually hot, stop using it immediately.
- If the abnormal indicator continues, stop using the power bank and contact support.
6. Charging Is Slower Than Expected
- Check whether the connected device supports fast charging.
- Confirm you are using the appropriate port:
- USB-A: up to 22.5W.
- USB-C: up to 20W PD 3.0.
- Use a compatible charging cable.
- Check that the power bank has sufficient battery.
- Disconnect one device if both ports are in use and test again.
The overall maximum advertised output is 22.5W; actual output depends on the device and charging protocol.
7. One Device Charges but the Other Does Not
- Disconnect both devices.
- Test USB-A with one compatible device.
- Test USB-C with one compatible device.
- Check both cables and devices separately.
- Reconnect both devices and check whether charging begins.
When two devices are connected, power is shared and charging speeds may be lower.
8. Power Bank Output Turns Off
The power bank output turns off automatically when its battery is depleted.
- Press the Wake-Up Button to check the remaining battery level.
- Recharge the power bank if the battery is low.
- Reconnect the device after charging.
- Confirm that the cable and device are compatible.
9. The Power Bank Is Swollen, Cracked or Unusually Hot
- Stop using and charging the power bank immediately.
- Disconnect it from other devices only if this can be done safely.
- Do not open, puncture, crush or attempt to repair it.
- Keep it away from flammable materials.
- Contact support or an authorised electronic-waste collection service for safe handling and disposal advice.
Do not dispose of a damaged battery in regular household waste.
10. Battery Loses Charge During Storage
- Store the power bank in a cool, dry place.
- Avoid direct sunlight, high heat, moisture and freezing temperatures.
- For long-term storage, keep the battery around 50–60% charged.
- Recharge it at least once every three months.
- Check the casing and ports before using it again.
