Charger does not charge the device

If your charger is not charging:
  • Ensure the power source is working by testing with another device.
  • Check if the cable and adapter are properly connected.
  • Try using a different cable or adapter to rule out damage.
Stop using the charger immediately if:
  • You notice a burning smell.
  • The charger shows signs of melting or deformation.
  • Sparks or smoke appear during use.
In such cases, unplug the charger and contact customer support immediately.
