My speaker won't turn on

  1. Plug it in to charge using the cable that came with it.
  2. Let it charge for about 4 hours.
  3. Check for a red light — that means it's charging. No light? Try a different cable.
  4. Press and hold the middle button to turn it on.

My speaker keeps beeping

That's just a low-battery warning — it means the battery is getting low (below 10%). Simply plug it in to charge. If you don't, it will turn itself off automatically once the battery gets very low, to protect the battery.

It won't connect to my phone

  1. It should already be in Bluetooth mode when you turn it on — if not, press the mode button once.
  2. On your phone, go to Settings → Bluetooth.
  3. Look for "Dash 3" and tap it.
  4. You'll hear a sound when it connects.

Good news — next time you turn it on, it should remember your phone and connect automatically.

My TF card or AUX cable isn't playing

  1. Push the TF card or AUX cable in firmly.
  2. You should hear a sound confirming it's been detected.
  3. If you have both plugged in at once, press the mode button briefly to switch between them.
  4. Only MP3 or WAV files work, and TF cards up to 32GB.

My microphone won't connect

  1. Turn the speaker and the microphone on at the same time — they pair with each other automatically.
  2. If nothing happens, turn both off and back on again.
  3. Make sure the mic itself has some charge.

My mic's voice effects aren't changing

  • Quick tap on the effect button — turns off any voice effect (back to your normal voice).
  • Press and hold the effect button — cycles through fun voice effects (like deep voice, high voice, robot voice, and more).

The lights won't change

Press and hold the mode button (don't just tap it) to cycle through the light colors and patterns. A quick tap changes something else (the play mode), which is why it might seem like nothing's happening.
