2. Speaker Won't Turn On

Solution: charge the unit fully via the Type-C port and try again. If it still won't turn on after a full charge, this may point to a hardware fault — see the Support section below.

3. Bluetooth Won't Connect

Solution: ensure the speaker is in pairing mode (power it on fresh) and that it isn't already connected to another device. On your phone, search for Bluetooth devices and select "Dash." Once paired, the working indicator lights up to confirm.

4. No Sound from the Microphone

Solution: check the mic's volume level and mute status directly on the speaker — a muted or fully-lowered mic volume is the most common cause of "no sound." Use the Microphone Volume Increase button and confirm Mute isn't currently active.

5. Wireless Microphone Won't Connect

  1. Power on the speaker first, then switch on the wireless microphone — it should connect automatically.
  2. Listen for a prompt sound or watch for an indicator light confirming successful pairing.
  3. If it doesn't connect, restart both the speaker and the microphone.
  4. Make sure both devices are within reasonable range of each other.
  5. Check the microphone's battery level — a very low battery can prevent reliable pairing.

6. USB Playback Issues

  1. Insert the USB flash drive fully into the USB port — playback should start automatically.
  2. If nothing plays, check that the drive contains compatible audio files and try a different drive to rule out a file or drive issue.

7. Echo Control Not Working

Use the Echo Decrease/Increase buttons to adjust the intensity, and the Echo Mode button to switch between echo presets. If there's still no audible effect, confirm the wireless microphone is properly connected first, since echo processing applies to the mic's audio path.

8. Charging Issues

  1. Use the supplied Type-C cable to charge both the speaker and the microphone.
  2. A full charge takes about 2.5 hours.
  3. Watch for the charging indicator light to confirm the speaker is actually receiving power.
  4. If storing the speaker for a long period, charge it to about 50% first rather than leaving it fully empty or fully charged.

9. General Safety & Care Reminders

  • Keep the speaker away from water, direct sunlight, and high heat.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble the unit yourself.
  • Clean only with a dry, soft cloth.
  • Charge fully before first use.
