1. Speaker Does Not Turn On
- Connect the supplied Type-C charging cable.
- Connect it to a suitable charging source.
- Allow the speaker to activate from deep sleep mode.
- Disconnect the charging cable if required.
- Press and hold the Power button for about 3 seconds.
- Try using the speaker again.
2. Bluetooth Is Not Connecting
- Turn on the Fynix Mini.
- Open Bluetooth settings on the phone or source device.
- Search for Fynix Mini.
- Select the speaker to pair.
- Keep the devices close during the first pairing.
- Turn Bluetooth off and on again if required.
- Restart the speaker and retry pairing.
3. Bluetooth Keeps Disconnecting
- Keep the source device within the speaker's Bluetooth range.
- Reduce obstacles between the devices.
- Make sure the speaker is not already connected to another device.
- Restart Bluetooth on the source device.
- Restart the Fynix Mini and pair again.
4. Bluetooth Connected but No Sound
- Confirm Fynix Mini is selected as the active audio output.
- Increase the volume using +.
- Check the source device volume.
- Press Play/Pause to restart playback.
- Test another audio source if available.
5. Previous or Next Track Is Not Working
Use the controls correctly:
- Next track: press and hold +.
- Previous track: press and hold −.
- Volume: short press + / −.
6. Hands-Free Calls Are Not Working
- Confirm the Fynix Mini is connected to the phone.

- Disconnect and reconnect Bluetooth if required.
7. TWS Pairing Is Not Working

- Retry after restarting both speakers if needed.
Important: TWS pairing is only guaranteed to work reliably between two Fynix Mini units from the same production batch. Pairing speakers from different batches may fail or behave inconsistently. Check the batch/date code on both units if TWS pairing doesn't work.
8. TWS Connection Drops
- Keep both speakers close to each other.
- Make sure both are sufficiently charged.
- Keep the phone within Bluetooth range of the master speaker.
- Disconnect TWS and pair again.
- Restart both speakers and repeat the TWS setup.

When the battery is low, the speaker may reduce its volume automatically.
- Connect the Type-C charging cable.

- Check the Type-C cable connection.
- Use a suitable 5V/2A maximum charging setup.
- Check the cable for visible damage.
- Try another suitable power source or cable.
- Allow approximately 3 hours for charging.

The speaker is rated for up to 4 hours of playtime.
Actual battery life varies with:
- Volume level
- Bluetooth usage
- TWS usage
- Calling
- Playback conditions
Fully charge the speaker and test it again at a moderate volume.
13. Speaker Gets Hot
- Stop using the speaker temporarily.
