If your earbuds are not turning on, please try the following steps:
Ensure the charging case has sufficient battery.
Place the earbuds back in the charging case and charge them for at least 15–30 minutes.
Clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the charging case to remove dust or debris.
Press and hold the touch area or physical button on the earbuds for 5–10 seconds to power them on.
