Audio is cutting in and out

If the audio keeps cutting in and out, please try the following steps:

  • Keep your phone within 1 meter of the earbuds for a stable connection.

  • Avoid obstacles such as walls, metal objects, or other electronic devices between the phone and the earbuds.

  • Turn OFF or disconnect any unused Bluetooth devices nearby to reduce interference.

  • Ensure both earbuds are fully charged, as low battery can cause connectivity issues.
