A slight warmth in the earbuds or charging case during use or charging is normal.
Stop using the earbuds immediately if:
The earbuds become very hot to touch.
You notice any burning smell.
The charging case swells, leaks, or behaves abnormally.
In such cases, disconnect the charger and contact customer support immediately for further guidance.
