Product Overview

The Portronics Twins One Plus are smart TWS earbuds with Bluetooth 6.0, touch controls, Siri/voice-assistant support and automatic left-right earbud pairing.

What's in the Box

Power ON / OFF

Power ON

Open the charging case and remove both earbuds.

The earbuds automatically power on and pair with each other.

Power OFF

Place both earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. The earbuds power off automatically.

Automatic Power-Off

If the earbuds are not connected within approximately 3 minutes, they turn off automatically.

First-Time Pairing

1. Open the charging case.
2. Remove both earbuds.
3. Wait a few seconds for the left and right earbuds to complete TWS pairing.
4. Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone.
5. Search for Portronics Twins One Plus.
6. Select it to connect.

After the first successful pairing, the earbuds can automatically reconnect to the last paired device when it is within range.

Touch Controls

The MFB (Multi-Function Button) is located on each earbud.

Calls

Voice Assistant

Press and hold the MFB on either earbud for approximately 2 seconds to activate Siri / the supported voice assistant.

Music & Game Modes

Triple tap the MFB on either earbud to switch between Game Mode and Music Mode.

Note: Touch-control behaviour may vary slightly depending on the phone model or operating system.

Pair & Connect

For normal use:

1. Open the case.
2. Remove both earbuds.
3. Allow the earbuds to pair with each other.
4. Open Bluetooth on the phone.
5. Select Portronics Twins One Plus.

Keep the smartphone within approximately 10 metres for a stable connection and minimize obstacles.

Charging the Earbuds

1. Place both earbuds correctly inside the charging case.
2. Close the case lid.
3. The charging case LED indicates that the earbuds are charging.

For the first use, fully charge the earbuds and case before extended use.

Charging the Case

1. Connect the supplied Type-C cable to the charging case.
2. Connect the other end to a suitable USB power source.
3. Allow approximately 1.5–2 hours for charging.

Single-Earbud Use

The earbuds can be used individually.

1. Remove the earbud you want to use.
2. Follow the normal Bluetooth pairing procedure.
3. Connect it to your smartphone.
4. Use the available supported controls.

For one-sided audio issues, place both earbuds back in the case, close the lid for about 10 seconds, and then try again.

Voice Assistant

The earbuds support Siri and compatible voice-assistant functions.

1. Make sure the earbuds are connected to the smartphone.
2. Press and hold the MFB on either earbud for about 2 seconds.
3. Use the voice assistant from the phone.

The phone must have its voice assistant enabled.

Auto Reconnection

After the first successful pairing, the earbuds can automatically reconnect to the last paired device when it is within range.

Care & Safety

• Store the earbuds in a dry, ventilated place.
• Keep them away from oil, steam, moisture and dust.
• Do not clean them with harsh solvents or chemicals.
• Keep the phone within approximately 10 metres for stable connectivity.
• Do not open or modify the earbuds or accessories.
• Use a standard, quality-certified charger through the Type-C port.
• Charge regularly to maintain normal operation.
• Avoid prolonged listening at maximum volume.
