  3. Insert the connector fully without forcing it.
  4. Check the power bank's remaining battery level.
  5. Disconnect and reconnect the cable carefully.
  6. Confirm that the device supports charging through USB-C.

2. A Device Is Not Charging Through the USB-C Port

  1. Make sure you are using the USB-C Input/Output port.
  2. Connect a compatible USB-C cable securely.
  3. Check the power bank's remaining battery level.
  4. Check that the cable and device support the charging protocol required.
  5. Try another compatible cable or device if available.

3. The Power Bank Does Not Recharge

  1. Connect a compatible USB-C cable to the power bank's USB-C port, or use the built-in cable as supported.
  2. Connect the other end to a working compatible power adapter.
  3. Check that the adapter is switched on.
  4. Look at the LED display for the battery-level indication.
  5. Reconnect the cable and try another compatible adapter or cable if available.

Stop using the power bank if the port, cable or casing is damaged.

4. Battery Percentage Is Not Displayed

  1. Press the Power Button once.
  2. Check whether the LED display shows the remaining battery percentage.
  3. If the power bank is charging, check whether the display indicates its battery level.
  4. Reconnect it to a compatible charger if there is no response.
  5. If the display remains unresponsive, contact support.

5. Fast Charging Is Not Working

Power Shutter Pro supports up to 35W USB-C PD output, but the connected device must support the relevant charging standard.

  1. Check whether your phone or tablet supports USB-C PD.
  2. Use a compatible USB-C cable and ensure it is fully inserted.
  3. Check the device's charging status.
  4. Try another compatible device if available.
  5. Remember that a device may charge below 35W if that is its supported maximum.

6. Charging Stops Unexpectedly

  1. Check the power bank's remaining battery level.
  2. Make sure the connector is securely inserted.
  3. Inspect the cable for visible damage.
  4. Try a compatible cable or device if available.
  5. If the output has switched off because the battery is depleted, recharge the power bank before using it again.

7. The Built-in Cable Will Not Return to Its Stored Position

  1. Disconnect the cable from the device.
  2. Check whether the cable is twisted or caught.
  3. Align it with its storage position.
  4. Return it gently without bending the cable sharply.
  5. Do not force the connector or pull the cable from the wire.

8. The Power Bank Is Swollen, Cracked or Unusually Hot

  1. Stop using and charging the power bank immediately.
  2. Disconnect it from other devices only if this can be done safely.
  3. Do not open, puncture, crush or attempt to repair it.
  4. Keep it away from flammable materials.
  5. Contact support or an authorised electronic-waste collection service for safe handling and disposal advice.

Do not dispose of a damaged lithium battery in regular household waste.

9. Power Bank Does Not Turn Off or Behaves Abnormally

  1. Disconnect any connected devices.
  2. Check whether the LED display shows the battery level.
  3. If the output has stopped because the battery is depleted, recharge the power bank.
  4. If the power bank becomes unusually hot, swollen or damaged, stop using it.
  5. If abnormal behaviour continues, contact support.
