Checking the Battery Level

  1. Press the Power Button once.
  2. The digital display shows the current battery percentage.
  3. The display turns off automatically after a few seconds to conserve power.
  4. If the Power Button does not show a battery indicator, the power bank may have entered protection mode. Connect it to a compatible charger and begin recharging.

The displayed percentage is an estimate of remaining battery capacity.

Charging a Device with the Built-in USB-C Cable

  1. Gently pull out the built-in USB-C cable.
  2. Connect it to the charging port of a compatible phone, tablet or other USB-C device.
  3. Check that the connector is fully inserted and the device indicates charging.
  4. When finished, disconnect the cable carefully and return it to its stored position.

The built-in cable supports USB-C charging up to the rated output for compatible devices.

Charging a Device with the Built-in Lightning Cable

  1. Gently pull out the built-in Lightning cable.
  2. Connect it to a compatible device with a Lightning charging port.
  3. Check that charging has started.
  4. When finished, disconnect the cable carefully and return it to its stored position.

Charging speed depends on the connected device and its supported input.

Charging Through the USB-C Port

  1. Connect a compatible USB-C cable to the power bank's USB-C Input/Output port.
  2. Connect the other end to your phone, tablet, laptop or other compatible device.
  3. Check that the device's charging indicator appears.
  4. Disconnect the cable carefully when charging is complete.

The USB-C port can be used for both input charging and device output. Peak USB-C output is up to 35W when the connected device and cable support the required charging profile.

Charging Through the USB-A Port

  1. Connect a compatible USB-A charging cable to the power bank's USB-A output.
  2. Connect the other end to your device.
  3. Check that the device indicates charging.
  4. Disconnect the cable when finished.

Use a cable and power-bank output that are compatible with the connected device. Actual charging speed may be lower than the device's maximum.

Recharging the Titan 35

  1. Connect a compatible USB-C charging cable to the power bank's USB-C port or use the built-in USB-C cable as supported.
  2. Connect the other end to a compatible wall charger.
  3. Check the display for the remaining battery percentage.
  4. Allow the power bank to recharge.
  5. Disconnect it when charging is complete.

For best results, use a compatible USB-C PD charger and a good-quality cable.

Getting the Best 35W Charging Performance

  • Confirm the connected device supports USB-C PD or PPS at the required power level.
  • Use a compatible USB-C cable and charger.
  • Use the built-in USB-C cable or USB-C port according to the device connector and supported profile.
  • Keep the power bank uncovered so heat can dissipate.
  • Charging output may vary with device demand, remaining battery capacity and temperature.
  • Do not exceed the rated output capacity.

Charging More Than One Device

Titan 35 includes two built-in cables, a USB-C input/output port and a USB-A output. You can connect compatible devices using the available outputs.

  • Check that each device supports its charging method.
  • If charging is slower than expected with multiple devices connected, disconnect one device and test again.
  • Do not assume each device will receive the full 35W at the same time; output may be shared across the connected devices.

Protection Mode

The power bank may stop working temporarily if it detects an abnormal condition, such as overcharging or over-discharging.

  1. Disconnect connected devices.
  2. Connect the power bank to a compatible charger.
  3. Begin recharging and check whether the display responds.
  4. If the power bank does not recover or behaves abnormally, stop using it and contact support.

Safety & Care

  • Use the provided cable or a certified, high-quality compatible cable and charger.
  • Charge the power bank on a flat, non-flammable surface.
  • Do not charge it on a bed, sofa or near heaters or other flammable materials.
  • Do not leave it charging unattended or plugged in overnight.
  • Keep it away from water, moisture and direct sunlight.
  • Do not store it in a pocket or bag with coins, keys or other metal objects while in use.
  • Do not drop, crush, puncture, disassemble or attempt to repair the power bank.
  • If it becomes unusually hot, unplug it and allow it to cool.
  • Stop using it immediately if it becomes swollen, cracked, deformed, leaks or exposes wires.
  • Carry power banks in hand luggage when travelling by air and follow airline rules.
  • Dispose of the product through an authorised electronic-waste collection point, not household waste.

Storage & Maintenance

  • Store the power bank in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • For long-term storage, keep it around 50–60% charged.
  • Avoid leaving it fully charged or completely depleted for a long time.
  • Keep the cables and ports clean and dry.
  • Disconnect the cable when the power bank or connected device is fully charged.
