1. A Device Is Not Charging Through the Built-in USB-C Cable

  1. Pull out the built-in USB-C cable carefully.
  2. Confirm the connector matches the device's charging port.
  3. Insert the connector fully without forcing it.
  4. Press the Power Button to check the remaining battery level.
  5. Disconnect and reconnect the cable carefully.
  6. Test with another compatible device if available.

2. A Device Is Not Charging Through the Built-in Lightning Cable

  1. Pull out the built-in Lightning cable carefully.
  2. Confirm that the device has a compatible Lightning charging port.
  3. Make sure the connector is fully inserted.
  4. Check the power bank's remaining battery level.
  5. Reconnect the cable and check the device's charging indicator.
  6. If possible, test another compatible device.

3. A Device Is Not Charging Through USB-A

  1. Check that the cable is connected to the power bank's USB-A output.
  2. Make sure the other end is fully inserted into the device.
  3. Check the battery level on the digital display.
  4. Try a compatible cable if the current cable is damaged.
  5. Test another compatible device if available.

4. USB-C Output Is Not Working

  1. Confirm that you are using the USB-C Input/Output port.
  2. Connect a compatible USB-C cable securely.
  3. Check the power bank's battery level.
  4. Confirm that the connected device supports USB-C charging and the expected PD/PPS profile.
  5. Try another compatible cable or device if available.

Titan 35 supports up to 35W USB-C output, but the actual charging rate depends on the connected device and its supported charging protocol.

5. The Power Bank Does Not Recharge

  1. Connect a compatible USB-C cable to the USB-C input/output port or use the built-in USB-C cable as supported.
  2. Connect the other end to a compatible wall charger.
  3. Check that the charger is working and the cable is not damaged.
  4. Press the Power Button and check whether the display responds.
  5. Reconnect the cable at both ends.
  6. Try another compatible charger or cable if available.

6. Battery Percentage Is Not Displayed

  1. Press the Power Button once.
  2. Check whether the digital display shows the current battery percentage.
  3. Wait a few seconds; the display turns off automatically to conserve power.
  4. If there is no response, connect the power bank to a compatible charger.
  5. If the display remains unresponsive, stop using the power bank if it behaves abnormally and contact support.

7. Power Bank May Be in Protection Mode

If the power bank detects an abnormal condition, such as overcharging or over-discharging, it may temporarily stop output.

  1. Disconnect connected devices.
  2. Connect the power bank to a compatible charger.
  3. Begin recharging.
  4. Check whether the display responds and the power bank resumes normal operation.
  5. If it does not recover, stop using it and contact support.

8. Charging Is Slower Than Expected

  1. Check whether the device supports fast charging through USB-C PD or PPS.
  2. Use a compatible cable and charger.
  3. Check the remaining battery level.
  4. Test the device with a single output if multiple devices are connected.
  5. Keep the power bank uncovered so heat can dissipate.
  6. Remember that the device will only draw the power it supports.

9. Multiple Devices Charge Slowly

  1. Disconnect all devices.
  2. Test each output with one compatible device.
  3. Check the cables and device charging profiles.
  4. Reconnect the devices one at a time.
  5. If the charging speed drops when multiple outputs are used, the power may be shared between the devices.

Do not expect each connected device to receive the full 35W at the same time.

10. Power Bank Becomes Unusually Hot

  1. Stop using it if it becomes unusually hot.
  2. Disconnect it from connected devices if safe to do so.
  3. Place it on a flat, non-flammable surface and allow it to cool.
  4. Keep it uncovered and away from direct sunlight or other heat sources.
  5. If excessive heating continues, stop using the power bank and contact support.

11. Power Bank Is Swollen, Cracked, Deformed or Leaking

  1. Stop using and charging the power bank immediately.
  2. Disconnect it only if this can be done safely.
  3. Do not puncture, open, crush or attempt to repair it.
  4. Keep it away from flammable materials.
  5. Contact support or an authorised electronic-waste collection service for safe handling and disposal.

Do not dispose of a damaged lithium battery in regular household waste.

12. Power Bank Loses Charge During Storage

  1. Store it in a cool, dry place.
  2. For long-term storage, keep the battery around 50–60% charged.
  3. Avoid leaving it at 0% or 100% for extended periods.
  4. Check the power bank for physical damage before using it again.
