| Fan does not change speed | Incorrect button press | Use a short press to cycle speed levels |
| Fan does not turn OFF | Power button sequence not followed | Press and hold the button for approximately 2 seconds |
| Fan stops during use | Battery may be low | Recharge the fan |
| Fan does not charge | Cable, adapter or connection issue | Check the Type-C cable and 5V power adapter |
| Display does not show expected status | Fan is OFF or battery is depleted | Charge the device and switch it ON |
1. Fan Does Not Turn ON
- Check whether the battery is depleted.
- Connect the provided Type-C cable to the fan.
- Connect the cable to a suitable 5V power adapter.
- Allow the fan to charge.
- Disconnect the cable and press and hold the Power / Control Button for approximately 2 seconds.
Do not use the fan while charging, for optimal battery health.
2. Fan Does Not Turn OFF
The fan uses a long press for power control.
- Locate the Power / Control Button.
- Press and hold it for approximately 2 seconds.
- Confirm that the fan switches OFF.
A short press cycles through the speed levels; it is not the normal power-on / power-off action.
3. Fan Does Not Change Speed
After the fan is switched ON, use a short press to cycle through the speeds.
| Button Press | Setting |
|---|---|
| 1st press | Speed Level 1 |
| 2nd press | Speed Level 2 |
| 3rd press | Speed Level 3 |
| 4th press | Speed Level 4 |
| 5th press | Speed Level 5 |
| 6th press | Fan OFF |
If you need to switch the fan OFF directly, press and hold the button for approximately 2 seconds.
4. Fan Stops During Operation
The battery may be low.
- Switch OFF the fan.
- Connect the Type-C charging cable.
- Use a suitable 5V power adapter.
- Allow the fan to charge.
- Disconnect the charging cable before using the fan again.
5. Fan Does Not Charge
- Check that the Type-C cable is securely connected to the fan.
- Check the connection at the power adapter.
- Use a suitable 5V power adapter.
- Try another compatible power outlet.
- Allow approximately 6–8 hours for charging.
Do not use the fan while charging, for optimal battery health.
6. Display Does Not Show Battery or Fan Status
- Press and hold the Power / Control Button for 2 seconds to switch ON the fan.
- Check whether the display shows the battery or fan setting.
- If the fan does not respond, charge it using the Type-C cable and a 5V power adapter.
- Disconnect the cable and check the display again.
The display is intended to show battery status and fan settings.
7. Runtime Is Shorter Than Expected
The working time is approximately 3–11 hours. Runtime varies according to the selected speed and usage conditions.
- Use a lower speed when longer runtime is required.
- Higher speed settings may reduce the available operating time.
- Charge the fan fully before extended use.
8. Fan Shows Signs of Overheating, Swelling or Unusual Smell
- Stop using the fan immediately.
- Switch it OFF if it is safe to do so.
- Disconnect the charging cable if connected.
- Do not open, puncture or disassemble the device.
