If your earbuds are not connecting to your phone, please try the following:
Turn Bluetooth OFF and ON on your phone.
Place both earbuds inside the charging case, then remove them together.
Ensure the earbuds are in pairing mode (LED indicator should be blinking).
Open your phone’s Bluetooth settings and select the earbuds from the available device list.
If the earbuds were already paired earlier:
Go to Bluetooth settings and Forget/Remove the earbuds.
Restart your phone.
Turn Bluetooth ON and pair the earbuds again.
