Earbuds are not connecting to my phone

If your earbuds are not connecting to your phone, please try the following:

  • Turn Bluetooth OFF and ON on your phone.

  • Place both earbuds inside the charging case, then remove them together.

  • Ensure the earbuds are in pairing mode (LED indicator should be blinking).

  • Open your phone’s Bluetooth settings and select the earbuds from the available device list.

If the earbuds were already paired earlier:

  • Go to Bluetooth settings and Forget/Remove the earbuds.

  • Restart your phone.

  • Turn Bluetooth ON and pair the earbuds again.

If the issue still persists, please contact customer support for further assistance.
